• Billing Cycle: Monthly service fees are payable in advance. Ad spend managed by Pshift is invoiced at month-end, unless the client prefers direct platform billing.

Fulfillment & Performance Policy

• Performance Guarantee: We win when you win. If agreed-upon performance targets are not met due to our direct management actions, partial refunds or service fee adjustments will apply as per our individual client agreements.
• Cancellations: We value long-term partnerships, but either party may terminate the engagement with a 30-day written notice.
• Service Delivery: Services are delivered remotely by our global team. While we operate during standard business hours (aligned with MENA time zones), campaigns are monitored 24/7, including weekends, with priority support for critical issues.

Security, Privacy & PCI Compliance

• Payment Security: All transactions are processed through Stripe, our official PCI-compliant payment partner. Pshift does not store credit card information.

Engagement Restrictions
